The two graphs below were prepared by Ian Reeve using Guyra rainfall data 1886-2020.
Ian is currently undergoing chemo in the Wesley Hospital, Brisbane - but he still manages to update the graphs.
Both graphs are PDFs. A bit cumbersome embedded in a web page but they do allow smooth expansion to show more detail.
The first graph shows cumulative rainfall for every year for the last 365 days. As you can see the year to date has been a fairly average year. The "current 365 days" black line is above then around the 0.5 (mean) percentile red line.
The second graph shows cumulative monthly rainfall 1887-2020. As you can see at right hand end of the graph the the grey smoothed line takes a big dip indicating are still deep in long term rainfall deficit.
